We do not ship on weekends. All orders placed after the 3 PM cutoff on Friday and during weekends will be shipped out on Monday for overnight delivery on Tuesday.
Your order will be discretely packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship usingdisguised mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
Yes, we provide same day delivery but that comes at an extra charge fee depending on your location
We only accept CashApp, PayPal, and Bitcoin, as these are safe payment method. We provide you with instructions for Any of the above payment methods with your invoice.
We only ship orders once the Payment has been received and the order processed by us.
Once the Payment is sent, it will auto-deposit to our account. It may take up to 48 hours for us to verify the payment and process your order. Once we verify your payment and process your order, we notify you by email and send you a tracking number, as the order is on it’s way to you.
If you need to modify your order, login to your account and update it from there else send us a quick mail so we update before shipping
You just have to call us as fast as you can so we update or reroute your package if already shipped.
For obvious reasons we do not accept returns. If your package does not arrive within 6 days of payment, write to me and I will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to my error I will resend or give you a refund. If the package was delivered, I will give you the tracking number so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and I have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to a customer giving a faulty address there will be no refund.
